Saywood Cotton is a qualified practitioner of Remedial Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki Energy Healing, and a Master NLP Timeline Therapy practitioner.
Saywood is accredited with Massage And Myotherapy Australia, and Pacific Association of Craniosacral Therapy (PACT). She studied Pregnancy Massage with Pregnancy Massage Australia, the country’s leading provider of pregnancy massage practitioner training.
Saywood is truly passionate about helping women uncover their inner light and remember who they really are. She has dedicated her work to healing arts her entire adult life, and her greatest inspiration are her two children. She believes when women heal themselves, they shed new light for the generations to come, and the positive impact ripples out across time and space in all directions.
Saywood observed how the mental, emotional and physical aspects of a human being are all linked, and by working with mental and emotional layers, physical pain and ailments improved, and vice versa. She works holistically to support healing at a deep level.
I came to Saywood for my first ever session of NLP. I was crippled with neck, shoulder, hip and knee pain all down one side of my body. I was ready to try ‘anything’! I felt very comfortable with Saywood, I willingly allowed my subconscious full control of the healing journey.
The experience and the outcome were both miraculous and profound! After one session my physical pains had dramatically eased. After two more sessions ALL of my pains had vanished! I feel like a brand new person mentally and physically!
